This is a 12 week running program, sent digitally to your email every week. This program is designed for runners aiming to run a 10km (6.2 mile) race in under 33 minutes.

How do the 12-week running programs work?

Once you have purchased your 12-week running program, you will receive a weekly running program, which gets sent to you once a week from the time you make your purchase.

  • 7 day running program sent weekly
  • Program is split into three different 'Blocks' of training
  • Explainer video from me, explaining how each Block works.

Some things to keep in mind when buying a running program

  • Pick the right program for you! You should be fairly close to the time goal of your program - otherwise the program will be too hard for you!
  • Be sure to enter your email address correctly! This is how you get your programs.
  • Sync your program with your race. Your 10km race should ideally line up with the last week of the 12 week program. We can help tweak the timing of when you receive your weekly schedule so it lines up with your race - just hit us up via info@victorusrunning.com
