My goal is to help maximise the impact of all of the hours you put into running. You are already dedicating a lot of time to your running training, so why not make every minute count?!
For many runners, races are the most common goal. The months leading up to it is where we can really fine-tune your running training.

These 12-week 10K running programs are built around clear race-day outcomes, with time targets from sub-40 to sub-33.
They are designed for runners who are already close to their 10K time goal, but need that extra push to break their time barrier.

Just like a personal coach, your 10K running program is delivered weekly to keep your training focused, progressive, and consistent. You can customise when your program starts so it lines up perfectly with your upcoming 10K race.
