Running programs


My passion is to help maximise the impact of all of the hours you put into running. We both know you're already dedicating a lot of time to your running training, so why not make every minute count?!
A race is the most common goal that runners have and the months leading up to it is where we can fine-tune your training from the base that you have already built.

These 12-week 10K running programs have been designed with specific race times as the goal. They aim to help runners who are already close to their 10K time goal, but need that extra push to break their time barrier.

Just like a personal coach, my 10K running programs are sent weekly to you. Getting your program weekly will help keep you motivated to train every week. You can customise when your program starts so it lines up perfectly with your upcoming 10K race.

How do the 12-week running programs work?

Once you have purchased your 12-week running program, you will receive a weekly running program, which gets sent to you once a week from the time you make your purchase.

  • 7 day running program sent weekly
  • Program is split into three different 'Blocks' of training
  • Explainer video from me, explaining how each Block works.

Some things to keep in mind when buying a running program

  • Pick the right program for you! You should be fairly close to the time goal of your program - otherwise the program will be too hard for you!
  • Be sure to enter your email address correctly! This is how you get your programs.
  • Sync your program with your race. Your 10km race should ideally line up with the last week of the 12 week program. We can help tweak the timing of when you receive your weekly schedule so it lines up with your race - just hit us up via info@victorusrunning.com
